Terms of Sale
Section 1 – Online Store Terms
Our store runs on Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our payment gateway uses Stripe to process your payment information.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence or that you are the age of majority in your country, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of Services.
Section 2 – Our Contract After You Have Ordered
If you make any mistakes during your order, you can correct any input errors right up until you confirm payment.
Once you’re happy everything is correct and you’ve submitted an order, you’ll be given an Order Reference Number and details of the products (and/or services) you have ordered. You’ll then receive an email receipt of your order. If you don’t receive this email, please check you junk mail folder. We will then send a further Order Confirmation email headed ‘Your order has shipped’ and this is when our contract with you begins. This second email also lets you know how your products will be delivered to you. If we have to cancel all or part of your order for any reason, we will email you to let you know. Section 3 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, except as required by law. Section 4 – Delivery
We can deliver all products to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the exception of island locations. We aim to deliver within five working days.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives promptly and in good condition. If you don’t receive your order within five working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, please follow the instructions in our Return and Exchange Policy.
Section 5 – General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Section 7 – Prices and Payment
All our prices are in Euro and are displayed with VAT included. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery. You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is deducted once an order is submitted. You can pay by using a valid credit card.
Section 8 – Products or Services
Products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products sold on the website are not manufactured by us, and are therefore subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, as well as Sigfox Ireland’s terms and conditions.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
